BEFC took part in the 2018 MIFA Embassy Cup. From the start it was clear that despite having only one sub, they would be one of the stronger teams in the tournament.

Everyone who took part played really well, both individually and with the team. Masa was solid at the back, both on defense with Seth and in goal for a couple of games, while Tim, Joe, and Arman played really well upfront putting up some big numbers on the scoreboard. But there was one standout player who really kept us in the game with both his on-field presence and especially goal-keeping against some of the more challenging teams, and so that player, Mark Kuroda is our MVP of the tournament. Thanks to him we were able to come away with first place and some great prizes!
