[ CANCELLED DUE TO LACK OF PLAYERS ]

It's time for the New Year 7s! Last time we put out a serious effort at the Charity 7s we were runners up against the perennial winners - Pumas. New Year 7s is normally a slightly higher level with Hibs traditionally joining the fray.

One thing about 7s is we never have seemed to put out our highest level squad and we all believe if we did we would be more than capable winning the damn thing!
In fact in the Charity 7s were we lost to Pumas in the final, there were a few BEFC All Stars absent and we finished up with me playing in goal because earlier Sei broke his finger on a Pumas players head!!!

However, we also recognise that a lot of players are away or returning on that Saturday. So due to this we are only entering a single team this year.
We'll aim to take a squad of 10 (ish) and go from there.

The other factor of New Year 7s is that after a nice break there will be some rust and mince pies you'll want to work off before going straight into the coming league matches!!
That's why you see all the big hitters in this competition, and we want to be with the big hitters too!
